My story.
I’m a Métis Indigenous, two-spirited man. That identity isn’t a label for me — it’s the way I move through the world. I carry both masculine and feminine perspectives at once, and that shapes how I read people, how I sense energy, and how I understand the balance underneath what someone is showing on the surface.
For the better part of two decades, my life was addiction and homelessness. Fentanyl, cocaine, pills, years on the street — including time in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, on East Hastings. That world wasn’t a chapter or a phase. It was daily survival, in an environment most people only see from the outside.
I lived through what addiction actually does to a person, a body, an identity. I watched friends not make it. I watched the cycles up close — how trauma loops, how survival rewires you, how the same wound shows up in different costumes until you finally see it for what it is.
Recovery didn’t come fast and it didn’t come clean. It came in pieces. Rebuilding meant facing what I’d done, what had been done to me, and the parts of myself I’d been hiding from since I was young. Reclaiming meant remembering I had a self under all of it — cultural, spiritual, two-spirited — that the streets and the substances had not erased.
What that life taught me, no classroom ever could. I didn’t just go through it — I learned how it works. I learned to read patterns in behaviour, in trauma, in survival, in the emotional cycles people get stuck inside, and in the way identity bends under pressure.
RRR Insight exists because of all of that. Rise. Rebuild. Reclaim. It came out of what I lived, not what I read. I help people recognize the patterns they’re stuck in, name what keeps repeating, and get clarity on how to change direction while there’s still time to choose one.
This isn’t theory. This is lived, understood, and rebuilt.
How I see patterns.
I don’t only use numerology or astrology.
I recognize patterns in behaviour, identity, trauma, emotional cycles, addiction, survival, and the same life decisions made over and over in different forms.
My lived experience taught me how to see what people often miss — the loop running underneath the story they tell about themselves.
Numerology, astrology, and spiritual insight are how I organize and clarify those patterns so they become something you can actually work with.
